A few years ago I came across an excellent recipe for raw energy balls that taste great and are pretty healthy.
Ingredients (no specific amount, just make to your preference):
- Walnuts fine
- Almonds fine
- Cocoanut flakes
- Tsp sea salt
- Pitted dates paste
- Cocoa powder
- Cacao nibs
Mix it all together and roll into balls and leave it in the fridge overnight. Voila! You have some raw energy balls that are reasonably healthy and taste great.
