Helping Australian consumers get their complaint resolved faster
I built the majority of this mobile-friendly web application during a 5 week period in 2014 and I’m proud to say that in 2017 the site is still up and running. The Two Hoots platform allows people to submit a complaint about an Australian company and helps them track their complaint to ensure it gets resolved fast.
The Two Hoots team can then log in, view the status of a complaint and view analytics about submitted complaints. The Two Hoots team can use these analytics to look at trends such as why and where complaints are happening now and over a period of time.
My role: development (full-stack), database design and maintenance, security and deployment
- Back-end: PHP and the Laravel Framework, Beanstalkd for the message queue
